BrainXP is operated by Mahadev Lifestyle Private Limited (CIN: U52190HR2022PTC103513), House No. 456, Nihal Colony, Gurugram, Haryana 122017, India. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of BrainXP websites, apps, games, accounts, rewards, and related services.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing BrainXP, playing a game, or using any related service, you agree to these terms and any product rules, game rules, fair-use policies, and privacy disclosures shown in the app.
3. Cognitive fitness and entertainment disclaimer
BrainXP is a cognitive fitness, wellness, and entertainment product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or clinically improve any disease, disorder, or medical condition. Scores, XP, badges, streaks, leaderboards, and insights are product features, not medical assessments.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information where required and to promptly update account details if they change.
5. Fair use and game integrity
You may not exploit scoring systems, automate gameplay, reverse engineer game mechanics for unfair advantage, manipulate leaderboards, impersonate others, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Violations may result in score removal, leaderboard disqualification, feature limits, suspension, or account termination.
6. Practice and Ranked modes
Practice Mode is for training and personal progress. Ranked Challenges are official competitive attempts and may affect leaderboards, badges, rank, and percentile views. Ranked attempts may be limited, time-bound, cohort-matched, and subject to anti-abuse checks.
7. XP, streaks, badges, and rewards
XP, streaks, badges, rankings, and rewards are digital product features. BrainXP may adjust rules, eligibility, scoring, badge criteria, anti-cheat checks, and reward availability to maintain fairness and product quality.
8. Payments and subscriptions
If BrainXP offers paid plans, purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes will be handled according to the payment terms shown at checkout and applicable platform or payment-provider rules.
9. Intellectual property
BrainXP, its games, design, software, content, visuals, names, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Mahadev Lifestyle Private Limited. You may use BrainXP only as permitted by these terms.
10. Availability and product changes
BrainXP may add, remove, suspend, or update games, features, scoring logic, rewards, benchmarks, subscription plans, and platform rules. We may also perform maintenance or restrict access when required for security, compliance, or product reliability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrainXP and Mahadev Lifestyle Private Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss caused by service interruption, gameplay outcomes, leaderboard results, or user conduct.
