2. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email, phone number, profile preferences, onboarding choices, gameplay activity, scores, completion status, accuracy, reaction time, streaks, XP, badges, support messages, IP address, browser and device information, a first-party generated device ID, and browser fingerprint signals for security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, reliability monitoring, and repeat-device recognition.
3. Optional precise location
BrainXP may request precise location only after you grant permission. Precise location is optional and is used for account security and location-based insights where available. We do not request GPS location silently during gameplay.
4. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate games, manage Practice and Ranked modes, calculate scores and XP, maintain streaks and badges, personalize workouts, generate insights, provide support, prevent abuse, detect duplicate or suspicious access, diagnose page-load or device-specific errors, and improve BrainXP.
5. Analytics and benchmarks
BrainXP uses internal analytics, gameplay metrics, cohort comparisons, leaderboard systems, and aggregated benchmark views. Public leaderboard and benchmark features are designed around game performance and product rules, not medical assessment.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security, communication, payment, or support providers only as needed to run BrainXP. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
7. Security retention
Raw IP addresses and precise GPS coordinates are retained for security review for a limited period. Aggregated location, diagnostic logs, and hashed identifiers including browser fingerprint hashes may be retained longer for fraud prevention, reliability analytics, and account protection.
8. Your choices
You can update profile details, revoke tracked devices where available, deny or revoke location permission in your browser or device settings, and contact us for account or privacy support.
9. Children and age requirements
BrainXP is intended for users who can lawfully create an account and use online services in their jurisdiction. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has provided information improperly, they can contact us for review.
