Delete your BrainXP account

You can permanently delete your BrainXP account and the personal data associated with it. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete your account in BrainXP

  1. 1. Sign in to BrainXP.
  2. 2. Open Profile, then Account settings.
  3. 3. Choose Permanently delete account.
  4. 4. Enter your current password when requested, type DELETE, and confirm. Google-only accounts do not need a password.

If you cannot sign in

Email us from the address used for your BrainXP account. Include the words “Account deletion request” and the account email address. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What deletion covers

  • Your BrainXP account and profile details
  • Game history, scores, progress, streaks, badges, goals, and recommendations
  • Registered devices, notification preferences, and push-notification tokens
  • Linked sign-in identities, consent records, and uploaded profile image

Deletion is applied to active production records when the request is completed. Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, or backup records may be retained only for the period required for those purposes and are not used to restore your account. Aggregated or anonymised statistics that no longer identify you may also remain.
